Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Kingdom Forge: Build & Battle account and all game data linked to it (kingdom save, friends, clan membership, league and raid history, linked Google/Apple identity, sessions). Deletion cannot be undone; purchase records are kept anonymized (no longer linked to you) for accounting and legal obligations.
1. Fastest: inside the game
Open the game → Settings (gear) → Delete account → confirm by typing your friend code. Your account and server data are deleted immediately and the save on the device is wiped.
2. Game not installed: sign in with your linked account
If you linked your kingdom to a Google account (Settings → Account), sign in with that Google account; you will see which kingdom will be deleted and confirm.
This kingdom will be deleted:
Your account and all linked data have been deleted. If you open the game again you start with a new, empty kingdom.
3. Account not linked: send a deletion request
Enter your friend code (in the game under Social → Friends, e.g. ABCD-1234) and an email address where we can reach you. We process requests within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask for additional information to verify that the account is yours.
What is deleted, what is kept?
- Deleted: player profile and name, friend code, device identifier, sessions, linked Google/Apple identity (and the hashed email), kingdom save, friend list and visits, battle/raid/exploration history, clan membership and board posts, league and Ash Tide records, reward/event claims, activity statistics.
- Kept anonymized: purchase records (product, amount, store order number) — for tax/accounting and refunds for the legally required period, without any link to you; contribution points you gave your clan (clan totals).
- Backups roll over and are deleted within 30 days.
