These terms govern your use of Kingdom Forge: Build & Battle (the "Game"), provided by Conaksoft ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can play

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are a minor where you live, you must use the Game and make in-app purchases with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your account

Your account is created automatically for your device and can optionally be linked to a Google or Apple account. If you do not link it, losing your device or clearing the app's data may lose your progress. You may not sell, transfer or share your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Game's software, art, sounds, texts and trademarks belong to us or our licensors.

4. Virtual items and purchases

• Gems, resources, cosmetics and other in-game items ("Virtual Items") are a licence with no real-money value, usable only in the Game; they confer no ownership, cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be sold or transferred outside the Game.
• Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and are subject to that store's terms. Refund requests are handled under the store's refund policy; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
• Because digital content is delivered immediately, to the extent permitted by law your right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun.
• We may remove Virtual Items obtained through purchases that were refunded or cancelled.
• Randomised rewards are never sold for real money or gems.

5. Rules of conduct

You agree not to: use cheats, bots, automation or modified clients; exploit bugs; attempt unauthorised access to or overload our servers; use another person's account; use player or clan names containing insults, hate speech, personal information or illegal content; buy or sell Virtual Items for real money.

6. Enforcement

If you break these terms we may warn you, mute you on the clan board, correct Virtual Items or progress, or suspend or terminate your account temporarily or permanently. Battle and raid results are verified on our server.

7. Changes to and end of the service

We may update the Game, change features and game balance, pause it for maintenance, or discontinue it with reasonable prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data or progress, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence or any consumer rights that cannot be waived.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence and the right to bring claims before the courts there.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will announce significant changes in the Game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: (contact email coming soon)
